How do I rename my accounts?
In order to change the account names themselves, please log in to your online banking, select the account, and then click on the "Change" link next to the account nickname in the Account Details section on the right side of the screen.
To change your actual name in our records, we require copies of documentation that will prove the existence of your new name, such as a social security card, license, or photo ID, and then documentation such as a marriage certificate or court document showing that the name was changed.
